Precision Grinding Technician

Full-time Precision Grinding Technician needed in San Luis Obispo County, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to put your grinding skills to work as an important part of a team producing precise, high-quality parts from various materials. Duties include: Setting up & operating grinding equipment efficiently & safely; Interpreting technical drawings, schematics, & specifications; Using precision measurement tools for quality inspections; Ensuring parts meet strict quality standards through rigorous measurement & process control; Maintaining clean, organized work area while adhering to safety guidelines. Required qualifications: 2+ yrs exp.; Ability to read & understand technical schematics & customer specifications; Proficiency in using precision micrometers & calipers; Strong mathematical aptitude; Excellent attention-to-detail & commitment to quality; Effective communication skills with ability to follow written & verbal instructions; Physical capability to lift to 40 lbs. & stand for majority of shift.
