United Staffing Associates Announces Joaquin Paez as New Health & Safety Director
SAN LUIS OBISPO, CALIFORNIA (January 30, 2025): United Staffing Associates, LLC. (USA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Joaquin Paez as the new Health & Safety Director. With extensive experience in workplace safety, risk management, and compliance, Paez will lead the company’s efforts in fostering a culture of safety, ensuring regulatory adherence, and implementing best-in-class health and safety protocols.
In his new role, Paez will oversee all aspects of workplace safety, from employee training to hazard assessments, reinforcing USA’s commitment to a safe and productive work environment. His expertise in occupational health and safety, coupled with a proactive approach to risk mitigation, will further strengthen the company’s safety initiatives.

Paez has 18 years of experience in health and safety leadership. He previously started his career with USA in 2007 as a Health and Safety Associate and was later promoted to a Senior Health and Safety Associate position. To further his career path, Paez left the firm in 2018 to join a family-owned agricultural company for a District Safety Manager role and further develop his safety knowledge to reduce personal safety risk for the California and Mexico employees he oversaw.
