Accountant

Needed in Paso Robles, CA to oversee daily financial operations, including auditing, reconciliation, payroll, & accounts payable/receivable. Duties include: Reconciling daily revenue reports, verifying credit card transactions, & preparing bank deposits; Auditing reports to ensure accuracy of all income & receipts; Processing payroll, maintaining tip reports, & ensuring compliance with payroll policies; Managing accounts payable, reviewing invoices, & maintaining vendor relationships; Handling bank reconciliations, petty cash, & cash drops; Assisting with financial reporting, including month-end & inventory reports; Supporting departments with financial audits & dispute resolutions; Maintaining organized financial records & filing systems. Required qualifications: 2+ yrs accounting exp., including knowledge of AP/AR, payroll, & auditing; Strong mathematical & accounting skills with proficiency in financial software; Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & spreadsheet management; High attention-to-detail, strong organizational skills, & ability to multitask; Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
