Accounting Clerk

Needed for school in Ojai, CA. Duties include: Recording transactions by entering financial transactions into computer system, including debits & credits; Preparing financial reports; Producing financial statements, balance sheets, & income statements; Reconciling accounts; Checking for discrepancies in records & reporting them; Assisting with taxes by helping with tax payments & filing; Maintaining records by keeping financial records up to date & organized; Processing invoices by matching, batching, & coding vendor invoices; Managing customer accounts by collecting outstanding bills & posting payments; Providing customer service.
