Duties include: Processing & paying subcontractor invoices, releases, & joint checks; Processing & paying overhead invoices; Posting & paying credit card charges & reconciling monthly statements; Processing weekly payroll for field & office employees & processing payroll taxes & other payroll related items; Maintaining subcontract audit forms; Maintaining DMV driver reports & registrations; Helping with other admin duties such as ordering supplies, phones, mail, etc. when needed; Reporting directly to Controller. Full-time, Temp-To-Hire position. Wage: $25.00 hr. (#4.1213.206 – San Luis Obispo)
