Will be assisting with day-to-day operations for event management. Duties include: Utilizing scheduling software & Google Sheets to manage & assign employee schedules for events including security staff, parking attendants, metal detector staff, bag checkers, vendor assistants, & more; Ensuring any training requirements or certification requirements for employees are up-to-date; Scheduling trainings & recertification for security employees; Answering phones & beginning work order process before passing over to Owner to close sale; Open to learning more & taking on additional duties as needed. Required qualifications: 1+ yrs exp.; Technically savvy; Exp. using Google Sheets & MS Word; Positive attitude & willingness to learn events management industry; Trainable on computer software relative to role. Temp-to-Hire, Part-time position with opportunity to grow into Full-time. Wage: $20.00-$25.00 hr. (#5.0224.206 – San Luis Obispo)
