Duties include: Utilizing Quickbook knowledge to balance & process credit cards, invoices, & provide administrative data entry support; Organizing information, reviewing PDFs, & other MS Word documents, manipulating them utilizing MS Excel, & filing data in Google drive. Required qualifications: Min. 10 yrs administrative exp. with Quickbooks, MS Excel, & G-suite exp. Previous transaction coordinator, loan processing, or escrow exp. desired. This is a remote opportunity. Full-time, Temp-to-Hire position. Wage: $28.00 hr. (#4.1209.106 – San Luis Obispo)
