Assistant Controller (Direct Hire)

Needed in Santa Margarita, CA. Will be under direct supervision of Controller. Duties include: Assisting Controller with managing financial operations including overseeing accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, month-end & year-end close processes, & compliance; Supporting Controller with financial strategy & decision-making; Monitoring & tracking inventory. Required qualifications: 2+ yrs exp. in accounting; Proficiency in Quickbooks & MS Excel; Proficiency in general ledger accounting. Exp. in consumer-packaged goods is a plus.
