Duties include: Inputting data; Answering phones; Receiving work orders from tenants; Notifying tenants of scheduled maintenance or other news pertaining to their units or complex; Showing units to new prospects; Collecting & processing rent checks; Creating invoices; Creating & renewing least agreements. Required qualifications: Computer skills; Ability to walk, stand, & sit for extended periods of time. Full-time, Temp-to-Hire position. Wage: $18.00-$19.50 hr. (#5.0106.206 – San Luis Obispo)
