Assistant Superintendent

Need experienced CAS for local construction company. Duties include: Supervising subcontractors, ensuring performance monitoring & issue resolution; Maintaining & updating project schedules using Smartsheet or similar software; Assisting in adhering to construction budgets by monitoring expenses, identifying variances, & managing RFIs; Contributing to achieving construction project goals by establishing standards & protocols, coordinating staff & subcontractors, & resolving design issues; Fostering safe & secure work environment by enforcing standards, complying with regulations, & conducting weekly safety meetings; Staying updated on emerging construction practices & standards. Required qualifications: Min. 3 yrs related exp.; At least 2 yrs exp. as Assistant Superintendent; OSHA certifications; Ability to read blueprints & drawings; Exp. with construction software. Direct Hire position. Wage: $80,000 yr. (#4.1011.112 – Santa Paula)
