Need Carpenter to join team for custom home builder specializing in residential construction & remodeling in Cambria, CA. This role requires craftsmanship, reliability, & excellent customer service skills. Duties include: Performing framing, finish carpentry, & general construction tasks for custom home builds & remodels; Reading & interpreting blueprints, plans, & building codes; Ensuring high-quality workmanship that meets standards of custom home construction; Communicating professionally with clients, subcontractors, & team members. Required qualifications: 5+ yrs proven exp. in carpentry & residential construction; Valid driver’s license with driving record that meets insurance requirements; Knowledge of building codes & best construction practices; Strong customer service & communication skills; Able to provide own work truck & tools of the trade.
