Duties include: Greeting & assisting all guests at office; Prepping conference room or office for meetings including ordering lunch, setting up, & cleaning up; Ordering office supplies; Keeping kitchen stocked with snacks; Maintaining organized kitchen; Watering office plants; Tracking birthdays for staff & work anniversaries; Budgeting & logging all office purchases; Overseeing cleaning company & signing invoice & receipts for supplies; Setting & coordinating appointments & schedules for VP as needed; Tracking & organizing meetings for office; Arranging travel for VP & Executive Staff including coordinating outings, dinners, meetings, & seminars; Maintaining weekly schedules & priorities for VP; Establishing & maintaining files including project files, general files, & administrative files; Generating business correspondence for VP such as agendas & memorandums; Logging miles & coordinating schedule for company vehicle. Required qualifications: 2+ yrs MS Office & Outlook exp; 2+ yrs exp. in office administrative role. Exp. working at construction company preferred. Full-time, Temp-to-Hire position.
