Needed in Lake Elsinore, CA. Will communicate with clients regarding billing & invoices for purchase orders & delivery dates. Duties include: Conferring with customers by telephone, email, or in person to provide information about order, order updates, & other services company provide; Receiving purchase orders from clients & entering orders; Communicating with client on cancelled orders, changes to orders, complaints, & billing; Checking to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' concerns or product delays; Keeping records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken; Resolving customers' service or billing concerns, researching issues, & presenting solutions for Accounting; Following up on accounts receivable, ensuring payments are received on time & following up on overdue payments while keeping A/R past due accounts to minimum; Completing forms for shipping, preparing change of address records, & other data entry or required documentation using company software systems such as Genius ERP & HASP (client systems); Updating spreadsheets such as company backlog of orders; Providing reports to Accounting regarding orders & billing status. Required qualifications: High school diploma; 3 yrs work exp. in customer service, purchasing, or accounts receivable (in manufacturing environment preferred); 3 yrs exp. in office environment; Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Proficiency in MRP, ERP, or CRM systems, database user interface & query software; Willing to work as team; Strong customer service skills & ability to develop strong relationships; Knowledge of principles & processes for providing customer service, including meeting quality standards for services & evaluation of customer satisfaction; Knowledge of principles & processes for providing customer service (internal & external), including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, & actively looking for ways to help others; People skills to interact with customers & internal personnel via email, phone, or in person; Excellent communication skills, including active listening, giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand points being made, asking questions, & not interrupting others; Ability to speak to others to convey information effectively; Strong multitasking ability; Meticulous accuracy & conscientious; Ability to read, sort, check, count, & verify numbers; Strong organizational, planning, & critical thinking skills; Knowledge of structure & content of English language including meaning & spelling of words, rules of composition, & grammar for business communication; Knowledge of administrative & office procedures & systems such as MS Office, managing shared files & records, designing forms, & workplace terminology. Degree in Business or Accounting preferred, but not required. Mon-Thu/6:30am-4:00pm. Full-time position. Wage: $18.00-$23.00 hr. (#5.0207.119 – Wildomar)
