Customer Service/Call Center

Needed in Ontario, California. Duties include: Preparing & delivering quotations; Taking sales orders via telephone from both repeat & new accounts; Negotiating prices with customers; Following up to build critical bonds with customers; Telemarketing both warm & cold leads to obtain new business; Providing pre & post sales services; Creating & building relationships with customers over the phone; Consistently following up with customers & accounts to generate repeat sales. Required qualifications: Outgoing, service-oriented, self-motivated, & willing to receive & follow direction; Good business verbal & written communications skills, internal & external; Goal-oriented with ability to multitask under pressure in fast-paced work environment. 2-3 yrs exp. in B2B sales preferred. 8:00am-4:30pm.
