Customer Service Logistics

Needed in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Duties include: Assisting customers with products & securing orders; Responding to customer requests for orders, quotations, & deliveries via email/phone; Ensuring accuracy of all invoicing & special-order quotes; Processing merchandise returns & claims; Scheduling Trucking via LTL /FTL services; Filling any additional administrative duties. Working typically involves detailed checks or close review of output by senior coworker &/or supervisor. Time mostly spent in office & occasionally may need to check stock in warehouse & other duties as assigned. Required qualifications: Quickbooks exp.; Office equipment exp.; Phone etiquette & customer service skills; Team player; Detail-oriented. Hours/8:00am-5:00pm. Wage: $19.00-$20.00 hr.
