Customer Service Rep (Bilingual)

Needed in Ontario, California. Duties include: Using office equipment (i.e. computer, phone, fax, etc.); Assisting walk-in customers to show company products; Managing cash transactions; Receiving high number of inbound calls & making outbound calls to provide great customer service experience to potential & existing customers; Reviewing customers’ quotes & performing data entry in MS Excel; Communicating daily with internal & external customers regarding quotes, delivery dates, & product delivery; Working with sales managers &/or sales representatives, production planning, manufacturing, & credit & dispatch to support overall sales & customer service process; Working overtime if necessary. Required qualifications: 2-3 yrs exp. in customer service or inside sales or retail; Moderate to Proficient computer skills. Previous exp. in sales or customer service preferred. Hours/8:00am-4:30pm.
