Duties include: Managing large amount of inbound calls, emails, & chats with knowledge & efficiency; Identifying & addressing customer needs with goal of total satisfaction; Building expert, dynamic knowledge of company’s products & services; Conducting research with available resources to satisfy customer inquiries; Providing expert answers to questions about products, pricing, & availability while presenting value of product portfolio to customers; Following company guidelines & procedures for communications with minimal supervision; Engaging with customers in inviting, friendly, & professional manner; Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, & filing documents; Recommending improvements to company processes for efficiency. Required qualifications: High school diploma/equivalent; Proven customer support exp.; Familiarity with CRM systems & practices; Strong communication skills, including active listening & clear articulation; Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, & deescalate tactfully; Ability to multitask, manage time, & prioritize; Ability to work individually & as team member.
