Duties include: Helping Executive Director with admin, membership, events, & social media; Answering & returning phone calls & emails; Responding to inquiries; Helping Director proofread materials prior to sending & checking links, if needed; Updating List of Public Officials in May for Public Officials Night; Typing memos, emails, & communications as needed; Conducting spreadsheet work & updating files as needed; Helping Director coordinate & solidify event sponsors, silent auction donors, tee sponsors, speakers, & exhibitors for organization events 30-60 days prior to events; Distributing Events flyers via Database; Publicizing events well in advance, then weekly leading up to event in eblasts, Chamber Friday emails, social media platforms, etc.; Attending 4 HBACC events: Installation Ceremony/Awards Dinner, Turn the Tables, Golf Tournament, & Public Officials Night, usually 1 per quarter; Making 1-2 weekly posts on each social media regarding newsletter, industry news, & event information with registration links before upcoming events. Required qualifications: 2+ yrs exp. in administrative role; Exp. with Wix & Canva. Exp. using Quickbooks a plus. Wage: $25.00 hr. (#5.0224.306 – San Luis Obispo)
