Needed for Tax Preparation Firm during upcoming 2025 tax busy season. This is a seasonal, part-time position with an estimated duration from Feb. 1 through April 15. Use your administrative & client services skills to help ensure smooth office operations in a fast-paced, professional environment! Duties include: Greeting clients & providing exceptional front-office support; Answering phone calls & managing inquiries professionally; Preparing, organizing, & processing paperwork; Performing data entry tasks with accuracy; Offering general administrative support to office team. Required qualifications: 1+ yrs previous office/clerical exp.; Proficient in common office software such as MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word); Strong organizational skills & attention-to-detail; Professional demeanor & excellent interpersonal communication skills. Exp. in public accounting or tax preparation services is a plus. Familiarity with industry-specific software (QuickBooks, Lacerte) is an advantage. Tue & Thu/8:00am-5:00pm. Temporary position.
