Duties include: Helping to supervise & coordinate all tasks of employees involved in Housing Department or any other tasks related to daily workload; Assuming leadership role in absence of Manager of Operations. Required qualifications: Valid CA driver’s license & maintain good driving record & safety record; Excellent knowledge of all form related tasks; Knowledge & exp. on how to operate heavy & light equipment.
