Duties include: Performing general maintenance on property apartments such as light carpentry, general plumbing, painting, preventative repairs, changing light fixtures, replacing light bulbs, & replacing light switches; Picking up trash around complex. Required qualifications: 1+ yrs exp. in similar role; Available to be on call one week & weekend a month. Temp-to-Hire position. Wage: $18.50-$20.00 hr. (#5.0410.506 – San Luis Obispo)
