Maintenance Manager

Will oversee maintenance operations of steel manufacturing shop in Visalia, CA. Opportunities for professional development & advancement. Required qualifications: Associate's degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance; Min. 5 yrs exp. in industrial maintenance, preferably in steel manufacturing environment; Strong mechanical background; Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, & hydraulic systems; Familiarity with CNC machinery, welding equipment, & powder coating systems; Ability to read & interpret technical drawings & schematics; In-depth knowledge of safety regulations & best practices in industrial maintenance; Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Commitment to promoting safe working environment; Excellent leadership skills; Proactive approach to ensuring smooth & efficient operation of equipment & facilities.
