Maintenance Technician

Needed for temporary project at new construction development in Paso Robles, CA. Under direction of Site Superintendent, Maintenance Team will be responsible for completing final punch lists of basic home maintenance & finishing tasks to ensure each unit meets standards in preparation for final walk-through & leasing. Duties include: Completing general residential maintenance tasks & executing repairs as needed; Performing caulking, painting, cleaning, & touch-up work; Removing construction debris & maintaining clean job site; Working independently to efficiently complete assigned tasks & troubleshoot/escalate issues as identified. Required qualifications: 1+ yrs exp.; Knowledge of basic tools & construction practices; Ability to handle general maintenance & repair tasks; Strong attention-to-detail & commitment to quality workmanship; Reliable, hardworking, & able to meet deadlines. Anticipated schedule is Mon-Fri, continuing until project completion. Full-time hours. Wage: $20.00-$22.00 hr. (#5.0401.201 – Paso Robles)
