Duties include: Coordinating donor stewardship; Tracking & organizing donor stewardship activities; Preparing new fund materials; Organizing new fund onboarding; Arranging grant distributions; Assembling packets on grantees; Conducting Due Diligence on grantees including risk assessment, compliance check, investigating, reviewing, auditing, & verifying facts; Administering funds; Ensuring excellent customer service for fundholders & prospective donors; Coordinating events including vendor coordination, managing RSVPs, developing event program, & providing on-site support; Managing database by updating forms & templates, scheduling donor follow-up activities, entering notes/updates, generating reports on donor activity & fund development metrics, & conducting regular maintenance or audits of records in donor management software; Engaging donors; Supporting committee operations by preparing & distributing committee meeting materials, taking notes, & tracking action items; Managing committee logistics; Assisting with onboarding & recruitment of new members; Managing e-news subscription list; Gathering content with internal & external members; Providing phone back-up & reception coverage as needed; Supporting Director of Philanthropy with administrative tasks as needed. Required qualifications: 2+ yrs relative administrative exp.; Demonstrable technical skills on computer systems/software with thorough knowledge of MS Word & Excel; Ability to prioritize tasks, track multiple projects, & meet deadlines; Excellent written & verbal skills; Attention-to-detail. Exp. working for Non-Profit preferred. Exp. working with donors, committees, & boards preferred. Exp. working with C-Suite software a plus.
