Production Worker

Need dependable & motivated individual to join production team in Atascadero, CA. This position involves working with machinery, ensuring product quality, & maintaining clean & organized workspace. Duties include: Operating & monitoring equipment used in production process; Measuring & handling materials accurately according to guidelines; Ensuring finished products meet established standards for quality & consistency; Keeping work areas & equipment clean & orderly; Following all safety & operational procedures. Required qualifications: Ability to perform basic math calculations; Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. & standing for long periods; Strong attention-to-detail & ability to follow instructions; Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills; Availability to work early shifts & weekends as required. 5 days/week, with anticipated days off of Sat & Mon.
