Property Manager

Need Temporary Property Manager to oversee daily operations of multi-resident housing community located in North SLO County, CA. This exciting role requires a proactive individual with management experience in an apartment complex setting. Please note that housing is not provided with this position. Duties include: Managing day-to-day operations of property, ensuring well-maintained & welcoming environment; Collaborating with maintenance staff to enhance community’s exterior appeal & address maintenance needs promptly; Conducting regular property inspections & coordinating cleaning & maintenance efforts; Marketing available units & managing leasing process, ensuring compliance with income & occupancy guidelines; Reviewing & approving resident applications, maintaining accurate records, & handling lease agreements; Serving as primary point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, & complaints, escalating issues as appropriate; Ensuring compliance with community policies & procedures, providing residents with clear information about their responsibilities; Managing rent collections & enforcing timely payments, following up on any delinquencies; Preparing & submitting reports as needed & assisting with audits & inspections; Business travel as needed. Required qualifications: Min. 1 yr. exp. in property management, preferably with large residential complexes; Possess valid driver’s license & comply with company insurance requirements; Strong organizational skills & ability to manage multiple tasks effectively; Exceptional customer service skills with focus on resident satisfaction; Competent problem-solving abilities & capable of making independent decisions in professional manner; Proficient in English for effective communication (Spanish language skills are a plus); Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite; Knowledge of property management software; Reliable transportation for local travel for business needs. Mon-Friday/8:00am-5:00pm, with some flexibility required during evenings & weekends as necessary. Full-time, Temporary position. Wage: $23.00 hr. (#5.0227.201 – Paso Robles)
