Pump Hand

Needed to join installation & repair team for water drilling company. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined individual with construction industry experience looking to learn a new skilled trade or advance their career. Duties include: Performing physical labor including clearing, shoveling, digging, & pipe fitting; Assisting with jobsite setup & cleanup, including loading & unloading materials; Providing support for both drilling & repair projects; Safely operating tools & equipment at jobsite; Assisting with operating heavy equipment as needed. Required qualifications: Valid CA driver’s license with acceptable driving record; Ability to travel throughout CA for projects requiring overnight stays; Labor exp. in general construction, heavy equipment operation, drilling, or electrical work; Knowledge of trade tools, including their proper use & storage; Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, & general public; Ability to meet deadlines & work successfully in team environment; Willingness to work overtime, including day & evening shifts. Prior drilling &/or welding exp. is a strong plus. Full-time position. Wage: $20.00 hr. (#4.1018.201 – Paso Robles)
