Quality Assurance

Needed for citrus house in Dinuba, CA. Duties include: Supporting & following company EATS values; Supporting team members in their respective departments (HR, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Safety, & Information Technology) as needed; Maintaining responsibility for daily calibration of equipment used to perform duties; Ensuring daily reporting of collected information is accurate; Performing routine & documenting calibration of equipment & team members; Interpreting & implementing ACO, USDA, Customer guidelines or specifications at field level; Conducting inspection of product in all stages of growth & reporting of findings; Submitting written or computerized reports to supervisor; Reporting, documenting, & alerting farming & QA leadership of non-conformities found in timely manner; Implementing written or verbal instructions given in meeting packing specifications; Maintaining responsibility for product order selection & ensuring product meets ACO/USDA & customer guidelines prior to shipment to fresh market; Conducting follow-up inspections & creating stop light report as required or requested; Monitoring pulp temperatures while product is in storage; Performing other duties as assigned by management. Required qualifications: Able to work in cold storage. Scheduling is morning to mid-shift & weekends. Wage: $17.00 hr. (#5.0127.103 – Visalia)
