Sanitation Lead

Needed in Dinuba, CA. Will be responsible for assisting with delegated activities to sanitation team & ensuring all clean & sanitizing process are carried out efficiently, effectively, & in compliance with safety, hygiene, & regulator standards. The position includes coordination, & hands- on involvement in maintaining clean & safe working environment. Required qualifications: 2 + yrs exp. as Lead in sanitation at packing facility; Knowledge of sanitation processes & food safety regulations; Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, & safety procedures; Ability to accept & effectively follow directions; Ability to delegate & coordinate tasks of team; Ability to multitask, adapt quickly to change, & resolve errors in timely manner; Strong organizational skills, attention-to-detail, & ability to prioritize tasks; Ability to work in fast-paced environment; Ability to focus & complete duties in timely manner; Ability to work in team & communicate effectively with fellow employees & management; Ability to receive constructive criticism & improve performance; Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
